The SEMICON Taiwan exhibition rounded off successfully on September 16th, 2022. Latentek exhibited the 8 inches, 4H-SiC Product Grade Silicon Carbide Substrate in Taiwan for the first time and a 6 inches HPSI full round subtrate with 1mm thickness this year.
